If multiple accounts are detected, phbe reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbe account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. phbe accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phbe does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and one to three (1-3) business days for bank transfers. phbe reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
Standard withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status. Unverified accounts may have lower withdrawal limits. Verified accounts enjoy higher limits and faster processing times. phbe reserves the right to impose additional limits or request further documentation for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
phbe is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phbe reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers provided by phbe are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱3,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

All games on the phbe Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. phbe does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge for each game is disclosed in the game rules.
Each game on the phbe Platform has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and betting limits. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will be settled according to the game's outcome once the connection is restored. For live dealer games, if you disconnect during a hand or round, the game will continue and be settled according to the dealer's actions. You can view the outcome in your game history once you reconnect.
In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the affected players. phbe will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate outcomes to affected players within a reasonable timeframe. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phbe Platform without prior written permission from phbe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phbe's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
phbe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phbe collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, or any other matter, you must contact phbe's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or email. phbe will investigate all disputes and respond within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phbe's internal process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appropriate Philippine arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
phbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phbe will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

phbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination for cause, phbe may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination for reasons other than cause (such as voluntary closure), any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
